The Bow House

The Bow House

This 6,000 S.F. rustic lodge design features a 1,500 S.F. big game trophy room with an interior space that reaches its apex with a vaulted ceiling rising to 20 feet. The museum-like custom built mountainscape is overlooked by an upper trophy room for bird displays complete with log tree trunks, branches and a nature-centric décor.

The Bow House Interior

Overall conceptual design is that of a bow with an outward facing arc of windows providing spectacular views of Lake Coeur d’Alene below. Street side, the shed roof gives a low profile integrating the structure with the surrounding natural environment.

Other features include an indoor 45 yard archery/shooting range with natural light accessed by a hidden doorway through the wine cellar, a media entertainment room, master and guest suite, three stall garage and exterior finishes of Montana stone and natural wood products throughout.

Brand Refresh. New Web Site. Continual of Design + Planning Excellence.

Momentum Architecture is growing and evolving. Our previous visual identity no longer fully represents our firm. We have asked Tran Creative, a Brand Design firm in Coeur d’Alene, to refresh our visual identity to communicate the advancement.

Story of the new look:

The Ideas: Using a ruler and a T-square, Tran Creative created letter “M” for Momentum and “A” for Architecture. The T-square = exactness. The subtle and orange “A” is also an arrow with upward momentum. The logo mark has a subtle reference to roof top of houses/buildings.

The typography is clean, strong, and timeless. Gray = experience. Orange = innovative, progressive, and passion for new ideas in architecture and design.

We hope with this introduction to the new Brand Identity, we will continue to move forward with upward momentum.
